Your commission base is the retail price less $30 shipping. Once you cross a volume threshold in a billing month, that rate applies to every active patient.

Provider Consultation Fees

Charged per completed consult. Full Clinic partners only.

Asynchronous

The patient fills out an online intake; the provider reviews it on their own time and replies within 36 hours — no live call. This covers most first consults and refills.

Synchronous

A real-time video or phone visit with the provider. Some states require it by law, and some clinical cases call for it. Less common, but needed at times.
